Telephone Answering

We are as flexible as possible when setting up the telephone answering service for you – and if things change in the future we’ll change with you. 

There are a number of ways that telephone answering can be set up:

  • Divert your calls only when you’re unavailable
  • Set up your phone to "overflow" to us (when you’re already engaged on a call or don’t answer)
  • All calls come through to us and we’ll forward them on to you if you’re available.

At a basic level we will take messages and forward them to you, but we can also take and give out information, make appointments on an on-line calendar, or process paperwork as the result of a call, ie. an order, a course booking, etc.  

Package Includes:

  • Calls answered in your company name
  • Message taken or call actioned
  • Messages forwarded by email or text (additional charges apply)
  • Calls forwarded to chosen number (additional charges apply)
  • Personalised voicemail for out of hours use
  • FREE 0845 numbers available
  • Telephone number in any UK area available (additional charge may apply)

Set-up Fee:   £30.00
Monthly Subscription:   £25.00
Call Management:    £0.75 per minute
  includes: messages by email
Messages by Text:   10p per text
Call Forward: to Landline: 1p per minute
  to Mobile: 10p per minute
