New Service is Launched
New service launched to help business owners reduce stress, gain time and improve efficiency.
Many business owners struggle to get help into their business because all the information to carry out tasks is in their head and they are worried that other people won't do things they way they want them to be done.
Mosaic have just launched a new service to help these business owners create Office Processes. MD and Owner, Sarah Gathercole, explains, "once that information is out of their head and captured in a process it allows them to get help, whether outsourced or employed, as they can be confident that when the process and instructions are followed the tasks will be done in the same way as they would have done them. This in turn releases their time to do other important tasks in the business or have more time with family and friends - which in turn reduces their stress!"
Many admin tasks are repetitive and to "processorise" them and create standard emails, etc can help make things more efficient and ensure that customers receive a consistent service. There is also the possibility that electronic systems can be put in place that allow automation of certain parts of the process. For example a manual CRM system isn't going to automatically remind you to call Customer B today but an electronic one will, reducing the need to rely on yours or anyone elses memory.
"I have recently read The E-myth by Michael Gerber and this is basically all about systemising a business to gain maximum efficiency. My logical brain, which already loves systems and processes, completely understood this concept and I have taken this on board within my own business" says Sarah. "I now want to help other small businesses get organised and make their life easier. This has always been part of our mission statement and this is a great way to help them achieve it."
