New Call Management System

Increase in customers prompts move to adopt bespoke call management system.

During the last 20 months the ever increasing numbers of customers have meant that the "manual" system used for accessing information whilst on a call was no longer efficient.

Liquid Accounts, developer and provider of on-line accounting software, have developed a bespoke 'call management' module which has made it much easier to process the calls/messages for our customers and consequently has improved the quality of the service we offer to our customers and theirs.  We now have a solid base on which to continue our growth.
