Please read all the instructions carefully before you start and use your imagination as you are playing both your caller and you!

 

 
Initially you are the customer/caller who would be ringing your phone number:

1)    Call 01484 500431.

2)    The phone will be answered by one of our team in the name of
       The Weeping Willow Company.

3)    Ask to speak to Lesley Smith.

4)    You will be told that Lesley isn’t available and asked if you’d like
       to leave a message.

5)    Leave a message – whatever you want – and either an email
       address or mobile phone number that you can be contacted on
       (this relates to how you want to receive the message from us – by
       email or text).

You now turn into you receiving the message from your caller:

6)    Within a few minutes you will receive a message from Mosaic
       Virtual Office with the details of the call. This message will be 
       sent to you by either email or text depending on the details you
       left in the message when you spoke to our team.

 

It’s as simple as that to experience our service from both sides!
