Environmental Policy
The nature of providing one central office base to support a number of companies means that collectively we are reducing our impact on the environment. However, on top of that at Mosaic Virtual Office we also have an Environmental Policy in order to try to reduce our impact on the environment even further.
- Where possible send documentation via email or through on-line share facilities.
- Use recycled paper for all documentation which requires printing, using both sides of the sheet when appropriate.
- Recycle paper by using the back of the sheet for draft printing and file copies.
- Dispose of all recyclable material through recycling banks or recycling collections.
- Turn off computers and lights when not in use/required.
- Reduce carbon foot-print by using telephone/video-conferencing when possible for meetings.
