Forget Me Not Trust
The aim of the Forget Me Not Trust is to build a hospice for children with life-limiting and life threatening illnesses in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. The strain on families who have to look after such children 24 hours a day, seven days a week is immense and the hospice will help meet the needs of the whole family by providing care and support. Visit www.forgetmenottrust.co.uk for more information on this charity.
The Alzheimers Society
The Alzheimer's Society is the UK's leading care and research charity for people with dementia and those who care for them. The Society's fight for a better world for people with all types of dementia takes a wide range of forms. Through the branches, practical services and support are delivered to over 30,000 sufferers and their carers each week. Every year, more than a million people make use of the information provided. The research programme works to improve knowledge about dementia and its treatment. Visit www.alzheimers.org.uk for more information on this charity.
