Sarah Gathercole is the Director and Owner of Mosaic Virtual Office Ltd.  Sarah has over 20 years' experience in secretarial and administrative work gained in a variety of roles, from Office Junior through to Conference Manager, in both the public and private sectors.

Sarah has a range of qualifications from RSA Typing to Diplomas in Leadership and Coaching. 

Sarah's extensive experience in the office environment, her organisational and office management skills and her experience as a business owner allow her to work with clients who require help organising their administration and setting up office processes and procedures in order to grow their business.

Associate VAs

Angela Haigh has been an Associate VA with Mosaic Virtual Office since September 2010.  She has also previously worked with Mosaic Virtual Office as a Telephone Receptionist and Administrator, offering support to a number of our key clients. 

Angela’s career started in the Banking sector and after the birth of her children she worked as a Teaching Assistant at her local primary school.
 
Angela has excellent typing and organisational skills and along with her keen eye for accuracy these make her an asset for our customers to have as part of their team.

Chris HillChris Hill has also been an Associate VA with Mosaic Virtual Office since September 2010.  Chris brings with her over 30 years' experience of Secretarial and PA work, which has been gained mostly at director level within the food manufacturing industry and consulting engineering.   She has recently spent four years working for a firm of solicitors in the Clinical Negligence Department. 
 
Chris's extensive office experience allows her to offer high-quality support to our customers across a wide range of tasks.
 
 
 
 
 
Natalie SpenceNatalie Spence became an Associate VA with Mosaic Virtual Office in February 2011.  Natalie has almost 23 years' experience of working as a secretary in the banking sector.  This has included a wide variety of administrative tasks, ranging from data input, invoicing and reporting, to diary management and organisation of meetings.  Natalie also supervised a team of eight secretaries ensuring all standards were adhered to by the team.
 
This experience enables Natalie to offer our customers a flexible, quality, secretarial support service. 
 
 
 
 
 
Helen Tones became an Associate VA for Mosaic Virtual Office in October 2011.  Helen has over 20 years experience of working in the IT sector supporting a range of blue-chip companies.  She has held various sales roles including Sales Operations Manager and Bid Manager positions.  She has also been trained in BS5750. Her administrative experience has included data inputting, invoicing and reporting, process documentation, Powerpoint presentation creation, diary management and meeting organisation. 
 
This experience enables Helen to offer our customers strong organisational, customer facing skills and along with her keen eye for accuracy these make her an asset for our customers to have as part of their team

 

 
Mandy SmallwoodMandy Smallwood became and Associate VA with Mosaic Virtual Office in November 2011.  Mandy has had a wide range of experience in administrative work during her career, including work within Finance Departments, payroll, Director level support, education and hospitality.  Mandy now also manages the adminstration for her husband's office.
 
This experience and knowledge allows Mandy to provide high quality support service to our customers, helping them to better organise their admin function.
