The Team
Sarah Gathercole is the Director and Owner of Mosaic Virtual Office Ltd. Sarah has over 20 years experience in secretarial and administrative work gained in a variety of roles, from Office Junior through to Conference Manager, in both the public and private sectors.
Sarah has a range of qualifications from RSA Typing to Diplomas in Leadership and Coaching.
Sarah's excellent secretarial, computer, organisational and office management skills have given her a strong base on which to build the business.
Jane Furness, Angela Haigh and Jackie Nichols make up the team of Virtual Receptionists offering a professional point of contact for the telephone answering service, and supporting the secretarial work undertaken for customers.
Their previous experience ranges from Banking, Book Shop Manager and working in schools - giving them excellent communication, administration and people skills, essential for offering high standards of service to our customers and theirs.
